Course Highlights

We demonstrate that our implementations work by creating animation scenes to show off the simulation techniques we learned to implement. As the class goes on, I will continue to post updates.

Theme 1

At this milestone, the only available features are simple gravity and presetting starting velocities. I used JavaScript to write a configuration tool that allowed me to create more complicated scenes out of simpler components. This way, I could avoid having to manually specify which particles made up which edges.

By this milestone, we have working springs. I used it for a pseudo- cloth effect, where the spring which holds the "cloth" to the fixed attachment causes the object to be shaken.
